The applicant selects the desired university and academic program with guidance from THE GUIDERS OVERSEAS EDUCATIONAL SERVICES.
The applicant signs an agreement with THE GUIDERS, makes the initial payment, and submits all required documents.
Application fee is included in initial payment deposit.
The applicant attends an interview (online) as part of the initial evaluation.
Upon successful interview and review, the university issues an official Offer Letter.
The applicant transfers the required tuition fee directly to the university’s official account.
The University obtains approval from the relevant Ministry and university prepares enrollment documents.
Travel insurance is arranged, and the complete visa file is compiled for submission.
The student does not need to visit the embassy in person. They will provide THE GUIDERS with their passport and authority letter, and the visa process will be handled on their behalf at the Embassy of Georgia in Tehran, Iran.
Once the visa is approved and stamped, the passport will be returned to Pakistan.
Travel arrangements are made, including ticket booking, airport pickup, and accommodation management.
Upon arrival, the applicant completes university registration, opens a Georgian bank account, and applies for the Temporary Residence Card (TRC).
